The company’s policy in cases of requesting a refund or canceling a subscription:
- Any requests for refund or cancellation of the reservation and participation are not allowed within a maximum period of 48 hours after the payment of the reservation advance
- The company’s administrative expenses are deducted in the event of a refund request or cancellation of the reservation, and its fees are estimated at / two hundred Egyptian pounds only during the grace period for the refund request
- In the event of the beginning of the course, the participating doctor is not entitled to refund any of the reservation or subsequent subscription payments
Financial terms and conditions for the payment of training course fees:
- The doctor’s reservation is not activated until after paying the value of the serious down payment for the required reservation and completing the required data for participation.
- The doctor is obligated to pay the remaining fees for the courses on the dates specified in the financial claim.
- In the event that the doctor delays paying the required fees within a maximum of 5 days after the end of the dates set in the financial claim, a fine of 10% of the total amount required to be paid will be imposed. The doctor and his non-attendance for the rest of the days of the course to be attended, and in these cases there is no request for compensation or postponement to attend the course later.
- In the case of intensive courses (less than a week) of 6 days, the doctor is obligated to pay the rest of the course fees no later than the first day at the beginning of the course. No delay or transfer of the remaining payments is allowed for other days. In the event that the fees are not collected on the date agreed upon in the financial claim, the company management has the right to cancel Reservation The doctor may not compensate or postpone any of the days of the session.
- In the case of subscribing to the group discount system and did not pay the group fees after the start of the course, the company management is urged to cancel the discount provided and collect the fees based on the prices without adding the group discount.
The company’s policy for the conditions for receiving certificates of attendance for training courses:
- The doctor has the right to receive a certificate of attending the training course after the end of the course period, in which the number of attendance hours is recorded, in addition to the main scientific content of the course.
- The number of attendance hours recorded in the certificate based on the attendance and departure statements of the courses with the company.
- In the event of damage or loss of the certificate of attending the course, the doctor has the right to obtain another certificate with additional expenses of two hundred Egyptian pounds only.
- In the event that the doctor desires to approve the course attendance certificate from the American Dental Association, an additional fee of ($30) is paid in advance, knowing that issuance of the certificate may take 60 days from the date of requesting the certificate.
- The doctor is not entitled to obtain more than one certificate of attendance for the same course.
The company’s policy in cases of postponement or absence of attending training courses:
- The participating physician is not entitled to postpone any of the days of attending the training course unless all fees or expenses of participation in the training course are paid.
- The participating doctor has the right to apply for a postponement to attend the full course no later than one week before the start of the course.
- A request for postponement is allowed once, and the participating doctor is not entitled to request another postponement if he is not present again.
- In cases of postponement requests after the start of the training course, the doctor submits a request for postponement again in the event of not attending again.
- The joint doctor determines 3 suitable months to attend the postponed appointments, and the company sets the deadlines for postponement two weeks before the course date, and the joint doctor must attend.
There are no postponements for the clinical middling at all.
Terms and conditions for the courses to which Clinical training is attached:
- The joint doctor must have a license to practice a profession from the Department of Dentistry at the Ministry of Health.
- The joint doctor must be registered with the General Syndicate of Dentists.
- The company has no responsibility in cases where the doctor carries out practical cases without the supervision of the lecturers accredited to the course, or is outside the dental clinic with which the company contracts to implement the practical cases.
- Students and interns are allowed to attend clinical exercises and watch the treatment steps for cases without any interference.
- In the event of the absence or non-attendance of the participating doctor on the scheduled date for clinical training, he is not entitled to postpone or compensate for this training later.
- The company takes care of supplying the basic equipment such as the dental chair – sterile vents – nursing – academic supervision – x-rays.
- The joint doctor undertakes to bring any of the consumables for dealing and treating the condition, such as (anesthesia – raw materials for stuffing, etc.)
- In the event that the doctor wishes to provide the rest of the consumables and materials for treating cases, the value of this invoice for the consumables will be paid one week before the start of the clinic.
- The participating doctor is not entitled to assign the training attached to the course (clinical training) to any of the other participants or any other doctor who is not participating in this course.
General terms & conditions:
- In the event that the appointments agreed upon by the company’s management were postponed before the session was held due to compelling circumstances that made it impossible to hold the session, for example, cases of sickness of the records – death – accidents – unstable security conditions, the joint doctor has the right to know the appointments to be postponed for a sufficient period of not less than 14 days, and in the event of his inability The doctor must attend these appointments. He has the right to attend at other times suitable for him based on the dates of the following sessions agreed upon in the session, or postponement to another date, as has been clarified.
- In the event that the lecturer is unable to attend due to circumstances beyond his control, the company management shall provide another lecturer with the same scientific content as the previous point.
